Notice Thank you for your interest in participating in the ESOR Course and BCR 2025 which is scheduled to take place from 9-11 October 2025 at Aquila Atlantis Hotel in Heraklion Crete.
We would like to inform you that the early registration fee is valid as long as the participation fee has been paid.
If it has not been paid by June 30, 2025, the late registration fee will apply.
If you have already paid your deposit via bank transfer etc , kindly send us the proof of the payment
A necessary condition is to fill your name and the surname via the bank or credit card transfer.
Each author can submit up to 3 abstracts. For every abstract, one author must register to the congress.

Method of Payment
- Registration must be accompanied by full payment of the total cost.
- Payment can be completed either by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
- Personal cheques and Eurocheques are not acceptable.
- Payment by Bank Transfer
- You must download and fill the registration form (Ms Word).
- Kindly make sure that your name is noted on the swift bank order and that respective bank commission has been subdued
- Bank Charges are not shared – Bank Expenses should be covered by yourself
- The bank receipt must be forwarded to PRC Congress & Travel along with this form, by e-mail (bcr2025@prctravel.gr) or fax (+30 210 7711289) in order your registration to be confirmed

Cancellation Policy and Refund
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat at bcr2025@prctravel.gr Please note that all Congress Registration Fees are subject to the Cancellation & Refund Conditions below:
