* Residents-in-training and Technologists Radiologists must submit a certificate of employer, upon registration.

Registration Fee for BCR 2025 & ESOR Course and BCR 2025 (only) includes:

- Admittance to all Congress Sessions
- Admittance to the Exhibition area
- Coffee during official breaks
- Full Congress related material
Registration Fee for Accompanying Persons includes:
- Opening Ceremony & welcome cocktail
- Access to the Exhibition Area
Registration Fee to ESOR Course (only) includes:
- Admittance to the Course only, on October 9th, 2025
- Admittance to the Exhibition area, only on October 9th, 2025
- Coffee during official breaks, only on October 9th, 2025
- Course related material
Method of Payment
- Registration must be accompanied by full payment of the total cost.
- Payment can be completed either by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
- Personal cheques and Eurocheques are not acceptable.
- Payment by Bank Transfer
- You must download and fill the registration form (Ms Word).
- Kindly make sure that your name is noted on the swift bank order and that respective bank commission has been subdued
- Bank Charges are not shared – Bank Expenses should be covered by yourself
- The bank receipt must be forwarded to PRC Congress & Travel along with this form, by e-mail (bcr2025@prctravel.gr) or fax (+30 210 7711289) in order your registration to be confirmed

Cancellation Policy and Refund
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat at bcr2025@prctravel.gr Please note that all Congress Registration Fees are subject to the Cancellation & Refund Conditions below:

All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress.
